BeatFlak — Android game
By installing or playing BeatFlak you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
RAOGY gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play BeatFlak on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The game, its code, art, music and sound remain the property of RAOGY.
BeatFlak is free and has no ads. Shards and the items you unlock are earned by playing. They have no money value, cannot be bought with real money in this version, and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money. We may rebalance prices and rewards in updates.
Shards and items live only on your device, so they disappear if you uninstall the game or clear its data, and we cannot restore them.
Do not modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it, and do not use cheats or tools that change how the game works.
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature. The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, RAOGY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress caused by device problems, uninstalling the game or clearing its data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where RAOGY is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: no account, no ads, no analytics, and your progress stays on your device.
