1 How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to delete your account from within the app:

Open the Paani Boss app

Launch the app on your mobile device

Go to Profile → About & Legal

Navigate to your profile settings

Tap on "Delete Account"

Find and select the delete account option

Confirm your request

Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the deletion request

2 What Gets Deleted

⚠️ The following data will be permanently deleted:

✗ Your profile information (name, email, phone)
✗ Your customer data
✗ Service history and records
✗ Generated invoices
✗ Location tracking data
✗ All photos uploaded in the app

3 Data Retention

Once you request account deletion:

Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes (invoices for tax records)
This action is irreversible
