Data Deletion Instructions for Snapscribe
Snapscribe is a 100% offline application that does not have internet permission. This means:
The easiest way to delete your data while keeping the app installed:
Launch the app on your device
Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the app
Scroll down to find the "Clear Data" option
Confirm when prompted. This will delete all app data including:
Note: This does NOT delete your actual screenshot image files. Those remain in your device's gallery/storage.
To completely remove all Snapscribe data from your device:
Find Snapscribe on your home screen or app drawer
Or go to Settings → Apps → Snapscribe → Uninstall
This permanently removes the app and ALL its data
Complete Removal: Uninstalling the app removes ALL Snapscribe data from your device. There is nothing left behind.
You can also clear app data through Android system settings:
Screenshot images are stored in your device's storage, not within the app. Delete them manually from your gallery if needed.
Unlike most apps, Snapscribe does not have:
This means: Once you delete data from your device (using methods above), it's completely gone. There's no "request data deletion" process needed because we never had your data in the first place.
