Warning: This Action is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

1 What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account Profile: Email, display name, and profile information
Search History: All your saved search queries
Authentication Data: Login credentials and session tokens
All Associated Data: Any other data linked to your account

2 What is NOT Affected

Anonymous Cache: Anonymized search keywords in our community cache (no personal data attached)
Local Device Data: Uninstall the app to remove local cache and preferences

3 How to Delete Your Account

A Via Email (Recommended)

Send an email to request account deletion:

To: contact@raogy.com

Subject: TagGlo Account Deletion Request

Body: Include your registered email address and confirm you want to delete your account

We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation.

B Via App Settings

Delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open TagGlo app
  2. Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

C Clear Local Data Only

To remove local data without deleting your account:

  1. Go to Android Settings > Apps > TagGlo
  2. Tap Storage > Clear Data
  3. Or simply Uninstall the app

4 Deletion Timeline

We acknowledge your deletion request within 24 hours

Your data is queued for permanent deletion (up to 30 days)

Confirmation

You receive a confirmation email once all data is deleted
