This is deliberate, and it is enforced in the database rather than promised in copy. Some screens offer an optional ad in exchange for help inside a game — an extra life, an extra move, a hint, or another turn on the free Coin Wheel. That help stays in the game: it cannot be transferred, converted into coins, or cashed out. You will never be asked to watch an ad to receive a reward you have already earned, and no ad increases the size of any coin reward.
Nothing in this app is played for a stake. There is no entry cost, nothing is ever at risk, and there is no way to lose coins by playing. The Coin Wheel, Daily Reveal and Bonus Box are free daily bonuses that award an amount drawn from a small, published server-side reward table — the amount varies, but you always receive a reward, you never pay to open one, and you cannot lose anything. Prizes are never funded by pooling players' coins.
Coins have no cash value until you redeem them above the minimum shown on the Redeem screen. When you request a payout we lock the coins and create a request that a person settles manually. Requests are subject to eligibility and anti-fraud checks and may be rejected — in which case the locked coins are returned to your balance. Google Play credit and Google Play gift cards are not offered as a payout method. We do not promise any particular income, and how much you earn depends on how much you play within the daily caps.
You must be at least 18 to earn or redeem. At sign-up you enter your date of birth and our servers work out your age from it — the app on your device cannot declare you old enough. A date below the minimum is refused and nothing is stored. We do not check that date against a document or an external service, so it remains something you tell us and you are responsible for its accuracy.
We will never offer coins, or anything else, in exchange for rating or reviewing the app. Rating us is always optional and always unrewarded.
