Paani Boss - RO Water Service Management App
Welcome to Paani Boss ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paani Boss mobile application.
Paani Boss is a B2B (Business-to-Business) SaaS platform designed specifically for RO (Reverse Osmosis) water service shop owners and their field technicians for business management purposes.
⚠️ Important: By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
RO water service business owners who manage customers, technicians, and operations
Employees who perform RO installation, repair, and maintenance services
❌ Not Intended For: General consumers, end-users of RO services, or any non-business personal use.
When creating an account, you agree to:
Paani Boss provides the following business management features:
Real-time GPS tracking of field technicians during work hours
Complete customer database with contact details and service history
Track Annual Maintenance Contracts and renewal reminders
Generate professional invoices and track payments
Before/after service photos as proof of work
Revenue reports, technician performance, and insights
⚠️ By using Paani Boss as a Field Technician, you consent to GPS location tracking during work hours, even when the app is in the background or closed.
This tracking is used for:
Shop Owner Control: Shop owners can enable/disable tracking. Technicians are notified when tracking is active.
You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of all business data you input (customers, invoices, service records). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of this data.
You must obtain proper consent from your customers before storing their personal information in the App. You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Shop owners must inform technicians about location tracking and obtain necessary consents as required by local employment laws.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by RAOGY and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended business purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Location tracking accuracy depends on device GPS capabilities and network conditions. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
