1 Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TagGlo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAOGY ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the TagGlo application.

2 Description of Service

TagGlo is an AI-powered YouTube tag generator application that provides:

• YouTube tag generation using AI and autocomplete suggestions
• Real-time trending tags from YouTube
• Tag extraction from YouTube video URLs
• Title, description, and hashtag generation
• Bulk tag generation for multiple keywords
• Pre-built tag templates for popular categories
• Competitor analysis tools
• Export tags as text or PDF

3 User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use TagGlo only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

5 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by RAOGY and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Tags generated by the App are based on publicly available data and are free for you to use on your YouTube videos without restriction.

6 Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee that generated tags will improve your video rankings
• Tag effectiveness depends on many factors including content quality, competition, and YouTube's algorithm
• We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google
• The App uses YouTube's public autocomplete API, which may change without notice
• Trending data is approximate and may not reflect real-time YouTube trends exactly

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAOGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8 Advertising

TagGlo is a free app supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may also terminate your account at any time by:

• Requesting account deletion through the Account Deletion Page
• Emailing us at contact@raogy.com
• Simply uninstalling the App from your device

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
