Tinbrook — Android game

Permanent No account required Last updated: 7 September 2026

This page explains how to have your Tinbrook data deleted, what gets removed, and what does not.

Game: Tinbrook · package com.tinbrook.game · developer RAOGY · Google Play listing

There is no account to delete. Tinbrook has no registration, no login and no profile, so there is nothing to close. Almost everything the game knows about you is on your phone and uninstalling removes it. The one exception is your daily-case scores, and section 2 covers those.

1 Everything on your device: just uninstall

Your campaign progress, stars, coins, daily streak, notebook marks, part-played cases, the residents you have identified and your settings are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling Tinbrook deletes all of it permanently and immediately.

  1. 1. Press and hold the Tinbrook icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.
  2. 2. Choose Uninstall, or drag it to Uninstall.
  3. 3. Confirm.

If you would rather keep the game but start over, you can instead go to Android Settings → Apps → Tinbrook → Storage → Clear data. That wipes your progress and your anonymous identifier while leaving the game installed.

2 Daily results on our server: send us your ID

If you have ever finished a case of the day, the game filed your score for it — the day number, your stars, and how many questions you spent — under a random identifier created on your device. To have those rows deleted:

  1. 1. Open Tinbrook and tap the settings icon at the top of the case list.
  2. 2. Scroll to "Your anonymous ID" and tap the box to copy it. It looks like 3f2a91c4-7b0e-4d18-9a5c-16e8b2074fd3.
  3. 3. Email it to us using the button below, or send it to contact@raogy.com yourself.

Copy the ID before you uninstall. The identifier only exists on your phone. Once the game is gone, so is your only copy of it, and we have no way to work out which rows were yours — the database is configured so that individual rows cannot be read by anyone, including us. Those rows are anonymous either way, but if you want them actively removed, get the ID first.

No "Your anonymous ID" section? Then you have never completed a daily case, and there is nothing about you on our server at all. Uninstalling is all you need to do.

3 What happens, and when

We aim to action deletion requests within 7 days, and in any case within 30 days. You will get a reply at the address you wrote from confirming it is done. Deletion is permanent; there is no grace period and no undo, because there is nothing worth keeping in reserve.

You do not need to uninstall the game to make this request, and making it does not affect your progress — your progress was never on our server in the first place.

4 What is deleted

  • ✓ Every daily-result row filed under your anonymous identifier: the day numbers, star counts and question counts.
  • ✓ The identifier itself, which exists nowhere else once those rows are gone.
  • ✓ Any email correspondence about the request, once it has been answered and closed.

That is the complete list, because it is the complete set of what we hold. There is no profile, no contact record, no purchase history, no advertising identifier and no device fingerprint to remove.

5 What is kept, and why

  • • The anonymous daily totals. Once your rows are removed they no longer count toward anything, but summary figures already shown to other players for past days are not recalculated. Those figures are counts and averages over everybody, contain nothing of yours, and cannot be traced back to any individual.
  • • Anything Google holds. Your install and update history, and any Play Store review you left, belong to your Google account and not to us. Manage those in the Play Store or in your Google account settings.
  • • Nothing else. We hold no backups of the daily results table that outlive the deletion.

6 Stopping it happening again

Nothing is ever sent unless you finish a case of the day. If you would like to keep playing with nothing leaving your device at all, simply play the campaign and the archive and skip the daily case — all 52 campaign cases and every cold case work entirely offline. Turning off your device's network connection also stops it completely, with no effect on the rest of the game.
